Information, terms and conditions

Event

​

  • The event will take place on Friday 26th July, from 7.30-10.30pm

  • The venue is in Charlottenburg (Berlin), 2 mins on foot from U-Bahnhof Richard Wagner Platz (U7). The exact address with directions will be provided upon booking. 

  • Access to the venue involves one easy staircase.  There is unfortunately no lift available.

 

Food, wine, seating

  • The menu of amuse-bouches, entrée, main course and dessert, each accompanied by a glass of selected wine, will be served at your table. Water will be provided.

  • Vegetarian options are available by prior arrangement only.  Please email requests to veranstaltung25@gmail.com no later than midnight on July 24th.

  • One glass (0.2 l) wine will be served with both entrée and main course.  One glass (0.1 l) prosecco/wine will be served with both “amuse-bouches” and dessert.

  • Additional wine will be available for purchase by the glass.

  • It is not permitted for guests to bring alcoholic beverages to the event.

  • The event is open only to guests aged 16 and above.

  • Tables will be arranged in banquet format.  Whilst groups can be seated together, it will not be possible to separate tables.

  • Guest numbers are restricted to 25. 

  • The ticket price includes all food, wine and musical entertainment described. All bookings to be made online at www.resonance.net.au/tickets-26-07

  • The ticket price of €55 is available for bookings made before midnight on July 11th, 2019.  After this time, tickets can be booked at €60.

 

Cancellation policy

 

  • Due to the nature of this exclusive event, refunds will be made in the following categories:  

  • For cancellations made before midnight on July 16th, a full refund (100%) will be offered.

  • For cancellations made between midnight July 16th and midnight July 20th, a refund of 50% will be offered.

  • For cancellations made after midnight July 20th, no refunds will be offered.
