Join The Reservoir Trio for their first programme in the 2014 season, which features the tremendous First Piano Trio by Mendelssohn.

 

 

The Reservoir Trio are Australia's newest piano trio, consisting of Ursula Nelius (violin), Paul Stender ('cello) and Chris Cartner (piano). The trio perform a wide range of repertoire, from Haydn to works by contemporary Australian composer Elena Kats-Chernin, and thrilled audiences in 2013 with their debut concerts which saw performances of Brahms' First Piano Trio alongside tangos by Astor Piazzolla.

 

2014 will see the trio expanding their repertoire and performing in new venues around Australia.  They were most recently appointed 'Ensemble In Residence' at St Andrew's College, Sydney University.
